Another Double at Chalfonts

The Chalfonts MMM Lodge 1779 added another two members to its ranks at its latest meeting on 26th February, when Danny Thomas and Adam Shields Advanced into the Mark Degree.
In attendance were the Provincial Grand Master Keith Bristow along with his Deputy Peter Cole. Also attending were two past Provincial Grand Masters, Peter Harborne and David Tremaine. Gary Brodie was representing the Province, escorted by the Provincial Deputy DC Steve Pratt.
The ceremonies were performed by WM Peter Smith with the help of Provincial DC Kevin Shannon in excellent form.
The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all with great performances within the Lodge room and a buzzing Festival Board afterwards.
The next meeting of The Chalfonts is on Wednesday 28th May 2025 at Beaconsfield where they hope to have 50 present.
The rise in the number of double Advancements shows the rise in popularity of the Mark in Buckinghamshire so propose your friends who aren’t already members of the Friendly Degree.
